In Eagle Rock, a steep, underused hillside becomes an architectural grand entrance. Multi-level hardwood decking, stairs, and layered railings create functional flow while preserving the mature trees that shape the property.

This multi-level hillside estate transforms a steep, underutilized footprint into the property’s architectural grand entrance and focal point. The design brings together nature-respecting engineering, functional flow, and architectural grandeur.
Instead of clearing the land, custom cutouts were designed directly through the premium hardwood decking to preserve and respect the property’s mature trees, seamlessly integrating their natural canopy into the living space.
Multi-level platforms make the most of every square inch, transitioning from a striking grand entry path to cozy elevated lounges. The zones create usable, character-rich exterior rooms for modern family living.
Architectural vertical-slat hardwood fencing creates privacy while keeping the space open to the breeze. Custom pedestrian and side gates form safe “doggy zones” and carry the deck’s aesthetic through the property.
