Information you send us
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and message. The Design Assessment form also collects your project address, project type, outdoor areas, goals and any investment range or timeline you choose to provide.
How inquiries are handled
Aharo uses these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Submissions are saved in the website’s database, hosted on Cloudflare. Resend sends a notification to aharodesigns@gmail.com. Google processes that email as the inbox provider. People authorized to manage Aharo’s website and inquiries can access these records. Submitting an assessment request does not schedule an appointment.
Storage and retention
Inquiry records and email correspondence are kept as needed to respond, manage any resulting project and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, contact aharodesigns@gmail.com.
Browser storage and external links
The assessment form temporarily stores a confirmation reference in your browser’s session storage to show the result. The website code does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Links to services such as Instagram and Yelp take you to websites with their own privacy practices.
